Duties and Taxes

Jewels Arabia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Fees:

United Arab Emirates: 25 AED

GCC Countries: 50AED

International (rest of the world): 100 AED

Delivery timeframe: 

United Arab Emirates: 2-3 working days 

GCC Countries: 5-7

Rest of the world: 7-15 working days 

Exchanges are ONLY accepted provided it meets the following guidelines:

• Factory or manufacturer’s defect/wrong item delivered.
• Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
• Any product you return must have the hygiene safety sticker/seals intact to ensure it has not been worn, ensuring none of Jewels Arabia customers receive worn products. If the seals have been removed or tampered with then no exchange will be permitted.
• You can exchange a product for up to 3 days (72 hours) from the date you received it

If you meet the above requirements, you can exchange a product within 3 (72 hours) days from the date you received your purchase.
