Refund policy
Jewels Arabia was founded with a mission to bring joy to our customers with our high quality trending jewellery. We are confident that our customers will be delighted with their purchases. All items are carefully checked and packed for delivery, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product for another one or get a store credit refund.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow 7 working days from the date we receive back your item to process your return. Refunds are made as store credit. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exchanges and refunds are only accepted providing you meet the following guidelines:
- Factory or manufacturer’s defect/wrong item delivered.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
- Any product you return must have the hygiene safety stickers intact to ensure the jewellery has not been worn, this is a measure to prevent the jewellery being used then returned, guaranteeing our customers always receive brand new jewellery (if the seals have been removed or tampered with then the return will not be permitted as the return would not meet our return policy, the item returned will then be recycled).
- You can initiate the return of a product within 3 days (with day 1 being the date of delivery) providing you meet the above guidelines.
- Redelivery charges must be paid by the customer on exchanges. Exchanges are free if the item delivered is wrong or defected.
